| The Mission of the H-Town Renegades Ski Club, Inc. is to promote skiing and snowboarding activities in the African-American community. We are located in Houston, Texas and the club was founded in June of 1999. We are an active member of the National Brotherhood of Skiers Inc. (NBS) which is the largest ski organization in North America. The NBS is a non-profit organization whose mission is to identify, develop and support athletes of color who will win international and Olympic winter sports competitions representing the United States. We are also members of the Texas Ski Council (TSC), which is an organization that consists of ski clubs throughout Texas. We also host numerous off-ski season activities including an annual beach party, happy hours, laser tag contests, rock climbing etc. We invite you to learn about who we are and what we do on the slopes and off of the slopes! |
